Shipping & Refund Policy
Your coffee order will be shipped via Courierpost, usually overnight depending on your address.
Our store will automatically calculate shipping based on the address information provide, if the shipping is in New Zealand.
Our site now provides a full automated lookup of your address, so that you can easily obtain the correct addressing including the postal code. The postal code determines if you are on a “Rural delivery” address. CourierPost charges more for rural deliveries. Should it transpire that you’ve made an entry error, we will contact you requesting for additional payment before we can ship to you. We appreciate your understanding for this.
We happily ship internationally – no extra handling charges apply, only the actual cost of shipping. Your order will be shipped via NZ Post International Airmail. Please contact us so we can give you an accurate quote.
Kawatiri Coffee has made it into the interior of the Antarctic, to the North Slope of Alaska, the top of Mt. Everest, down to Tierra del Fuego and many places and countries in between. We can get your fresh-roasted Kawatiri Coffee to you. If you have a special request, have a yarn to us and we’ll figure out the best way to send your coffee.
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, and the coffee is undelivered, lost, or comes back to us, we will send it again, but will have to charge you for this.
If you are not satisfied with your product or if it is damaged when you receive it, you may return the product at your cost. Once we receive the product, we will determine if your grievance is substantiated: if so, we will either refund your money in its entirety or replace the product at our cost; if not, no refund will be given.
